Advisory Board Member: Bedilia Ramirez

Bedilia Ramirez has over 5+ years of experience recruiting and coaching candidates, she grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area but now lives in Brooklyn. Her experience includes providing career services in higher education and recruiting early talent in Silicon Valley and NYC. She has coached over 500 job seekers throughout the US and Europe. She spent two years coaching women at different stages of their careers on Career Contessa before transitioning to Larnell Vickers Enterprises and Skillcrush in 2022.

Bedilia is passionate about helping job seekers feel empowered and believes you can continuously reinvent yourself in your career. She strives to find job search strategies that align with her job seekers' backgrounds, experiences, and personalities!

Annette lives in the Bay Area with her family; she has taught elementary, middle, and high school students in formal and informal settings for over 17 years and continues to serve students as principal, at her current school site.

Annette has created workshops and groups involving healing, peace, technology, science, engineering, and many more! Annette proudly presents her first book, Mini Manifesters, A Pocketbook To Energize The Young Leaders Of The Now.

When time allows, she pilots her program, The Mini Manifesters' Discovery, and publicizes the team's efforts by podcast, Mini Manifesters: Small Talk Big Minds.
